"I was kind of surprised by…"
I was kind of surprised by how fast they replied. Like, I sent a message and expected to wait a while, but nope — they got back to me really quickly. Makes the whole experience feel a lot easier.

I’ve ordered from juiceitup.com a few times now, and the portion sizes have been solid every time. I’m always a little worried with smoothie places that I’ll pay for a large and end up feeling like I got shorted, but that hasn’t happened here. The smoothies don’t feel tiny or half-filled, and the large actually lasts me a while instead of disappearing in five minutes. Overall, I’m happy with it. It feels fair for the price, and I haven’t felt like I wasted my money on the size.

"Really good acai bowl"
I grabbed an acai bowl from Juice It Up and honestly... it was really good. The acai tasted fresh, not watery or bland, and the fruit on top was actually ripe, which I always appreciate. The portion was solid too. I’d definitely get it again.

I tried the pumpkin one, and it was okay, I guess? It wasn’t bad, but I’m not sure it really stood out to me. Maybe it’s just me, but I expected a little more pumpkin flavor...

"Easy, friendly stop"
I stopped in and, of course, immediately couldn’t make up my mind. The staff were super nice about it though, really patient, and even joked around a bit, which helped me relax. I was thinking, okay, this could’ve been awkward, but it actually felt easy. I’d definitely go back.

"Fresh and Way Better Than the Usual Smoothie Spots"
I grabbed a smoothie from Juice It Up it tasted super fresh. The fruit flavor came through really nicely without being overly sweet, which I appreciate. Compared to some other smoothie places where everything can taste kind of syrupy or artificial, this one felt a lot more natural and refreshing. I’d definitely get it again

"Good juices, but the stock issues are frustrating"
I do like the juices and the flavors I usually get are actually really good. But it’s kind of mentally draining to keep checking back and finding my favorite ones out of stock so often. I just wish they were more consistent with keeping the popular flavors available

"Pretty handy, even with a few small annoyances"
I use the Juice It Up rewards app regularly, and it’s nice getting points for things I was already going to buy anyway. The app is simple enough to use, and I always like seeing random offers pop up or getting a free upgrade. I was going to say it works perfectly, but actually the points can take a little while to show up sometimes, and if I forget to scan, it’s not super easy to fix. Still, it’s definitely worth using if you go there often

"Checkout was easy, but pickup was late"
Checkout was super smooth, no issues there at all. But dang, the pickup ended up being late, which was kinda frustrating. Not the worst experience ever, but they definitely need to get that timing sorted

I ordered from Juice It Up for pickup, and the pickup part was really easy. I got there, grabbed my order, and was on my way without any hassle. But once I checked everything, I noticed one of the smoothies had the wrong add-in and they also forgot a small item. It wasn’t the end of the world, but it was a little frustrating because the receipt had everything listed correctly. The drinks still tasted good, so I’d give it 3 stars. I just wish they had paid a little more attention when putting the order together.

I've ordered from Juice It Up a few times now, the fruit tastes fresh every single time. Fresh, fresh, not like it's been sitting around all day. My smoothie had that clean, real fruit flavor with no weird aftertaste or anything. I'm happy with it and I'll definitely keep going back.

"Pretty Clean and Fresh Spot"
I stopped by Juice It Up, it was nice overall. The store felt clean, like the counters looked wiped down and the floor wasn’t sticky or anything, which, you know, can definitely happen at some juice places. The tables maybe could’ve been cleared a little faster, but it still had a fresh and comfortable vibe. I’d go back again.

"Easy Pickup, Just Needs Clearer Counter Signs"
I ordered ahead and my drink was ready by the time I got there, which made the whole pickup really easy. To be fair, the process was smooth overall, but I do think the counter could be a little more clearly marked so people know exactly where to go.

I’ve been here a few times, and while the food is usually fine, the menu starts to feel pretty much the same each visit. I’m not always keen on taking a chance on a place if I already know there won’t be many new options to try, so a little more variety would make me more likely to come back.

"Good smoothies, frustrating promos"
I do like the smoothies, and I’ll still grab one when I’m in the mood, but the promos on juiceitup are kind of annoying. I tried using a discount two different times and either it just didn’t apply at checkout or there were all these weird little limits that weren’t obvious at first. It’s like, okay, why am I even bothering to check the deals if they barely work half the time?
